LATE POLICY

Our clinic aims to make your visit a pleasant one. In our efforts to make your visit more comfortable and to minimize your wait time, our office has implemented a late arrival policy. We understand that life happens, but due to Gem's rigorous schedule we run in a very timely manner. If you are going to be late, please call our office to give us a heads up. If a client is more than 15 minutes late for an appointment, the appointment may need to be rescheduled. We cannot guarantee appointments for late arrivals. A late arrival will receive an extension of scheduled service only if it is available. If you are more than 15 minutes late, and your appointment requires rescheduling; you will be charged the full amount of your missed appointment.  

Please note, GEMSKIN STUDIO does not allow online rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment. We understand emergencies happen and ask that if you need to cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours notice you call the clinic directly. "No shows" and repetitive cancellations will be charged a $60 cancellation fee at the clinics discretion. Clients may also be required to hold future appointments with a Visa or MasterCard that will be charged in the event of another no-show or late cancellation. Appointments booked on the same day are considered confirmed and the appointment slot cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our 24 hour cancellation policy. Please communicate with GEMSKIN STUDIO with regards to your appointment needs. We do strive and intend to cater to you!

 

GEMSKIN STUDIO only accepts Cash & Interac e-Transfer. We do not currently accept Debit, Visa, MasterCard or American Express at this time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We do not offer refunds on products purchased and services rendered. Published prices do not include sales tax. 

 

GEMSKIN gift certificates do not expire. 

 

We do not sell, nor do we give out any type of information about any client in any form or fashion especially personal information about you. With your permission and signed consent, we may request to use before + after photos and/or case studies for promotional and educational intent only.

 

The treatments received or utilized at GEMSKIN STUDIO are intended for general purposes only and are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical treatment for any condition, medical or otherwise, that clients may have. GEMSKIN STUDIO does not guaranty any exact results and final results will vary from person to person. Guests will fully indemnify and hold harmless GEMSKIN STUDIO and its holding company(ies), affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, agents, staff and suppliers, from and against all liabilities, claims, expenses, damages and losses, including legal fees (on an indemnity basis), arising out of or in connection with the spa treatments, services and/or facilities.
