HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
We do not accept returns or exchange on any products.
DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PRODUCTS?
No. Unfortunately, once it leaves our clinic it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email info@gemskinstudio.com and include any photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.
